Barry

Owner

Barry, is the founder & the 'father' of ADAMS & Son, Inc. Heating and Cooling & a Licensed, Insured & Bonded Mechanical Contractor in Michigan and Indiana. He is licensed in all facets of HVAC, Process Piping and Boilers. Since 1999 Barry's been grateful to do what he loves, to teach what he knows and to share what he can do so well with his customers. He is a genius at designing HVAC Systems! He has 25+ years in the Heating & Cooling field & ADAMS & Son, Inc. is celebrating 24 amazing years in business! Barry most recently received the Congressional Recognition Award for his PPE manufacturing during the pandemic and was a 2021 Readers Choice Award recipient from the Herald-Palladium. Barry, wants your business for life, the entire company does & if given a chance, we feel we'll earn it. You're going to like him... A LOT!

Tracy

Director of First Impressions

Tracy, the "loving wife", has been with ADAMS & Son, Inc. since the beginning. She and Barry have been married for 26 years! If you have called our office and talked to Tracy, then you know she lives up to her title. You can always count on her friendly personality to shine through. Tracy goes above and beyond to help everyone she comes in contact with, whether you are calling for the first time or a loyal customer who has been with us for years! Her loyalty to the company and its customers is evident, after hours you won't reach an answering service, but Tracy herself. When Tracy is not in the office, she enjoys reading, painting, the Cubs, Bears and archery. Shooting a bow or in the office... She's on point!

Brady

"The Son"

Brady, is a huge customer favorite! Brady, has 10+ years in the Heating & Cooling field and is a graduate from Kalamazoo Valley College in HVAC. Brady, is ESCO State Certified in Excellence & also EPA Certified. Brady, is also an NCI Combustion Analysis Certified Technician. In 2022 he received his State of Michigan Mechanical Contractor License. In 2023 he received his National NATE Certification. And, in 2024 he achieved his National Master Mechanical License. Brady, is excellent at his craft, funny & really enjoys sharing his knowledge about HVAC with his customers.

Ryan

We are thrilled to have Ryan & you will be too! Ryan, currently has 7+ years of Heating & Cooling experience, plus an extensive background in welding. Ryan, has an excellent work ethic. He's great team player and a great mentor to those just starting out. He's highly skilled in all facets of HVAC Installation & outstanding at his craft! When Ryan’s not on the job, he's a family man, father, and often a Coach for his son’s wrestling or baseball teams. You'll enjoy meeting Ryan & working with him as much as we do!

Dillon

We are so happy to have, Dillon, on our team! He is a graduate of Kalamazoo Valley Community College’s Heating & Cooling technical program! As a recent grad, Dillon is skilled in service, maintenance and installation of all types of systems for residential, commercial and industrial settings. He brings to our company a desire to learn, and a great head of hair! The boss has affectionately dubbed him, Elvis. We know you’ll enjoy meeting him & working with him! In 2023 he received his National NATE Certification.

Anthony

We are thrilled to have Anthony & you will be too! Anthony, is in his 4th year with us. He is mechanically inclined & has an extensive background in construction, thanks to many years working with his dad. Anthony is highly skilled in all facets of HVAC. Anthony has an excellent work ethic and is a great team player. In Anthony’s off time he is a family man, a father, and an avid hunter & golfer. Anthony was recently dubbed ‘Director of Lasting Impressions’!

Melissa

Melissa, is an amazing Office Coordinator and our Administraive Guru! We're so happy to have her join us part time. She's highly skilled in streamlining all aspects of our employee and customer communications. Melissa, has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development and is an Associate Teacher at GSRP Preschool. Melissa is happily married to our amazing installer, Ryan & mom to three young men. She also has a twin sister! You're going to like Melissa, as much as we do!

Tyler

We are so ecstatic to have Tyler join us! He’s real laid back & has a sense of humor you won’t forget. Tyler brings motivation to everyone around him. He’s new to HVAC and has mechanical knowledge. He loves watching football and basketball in his free time, huge sports fan! He also loves to indulge into video games. You’ll be just as thrilled as we are to have Tyler!

Joseph Michael Jr.

We are excited to welcome ‘Junior’ to our team! Junior has several years of Heating & Cooling experience behind him already & is eager to transition into our HVAC Service side over time. Junior is a true asset & a pleasure to work with. When Junior’s not working he’ll likely be spending time with his long-term girlfriend Victoria, who’s also a very skilled baker!

Josh

We’re very excited to add Josh to the ADAMS & Son, Inc. team! Along with his enthusiasm, he brings 2-3 years of installation experience & an outstanding work ethic. Josh, is eager to learn more facets of HVAC & we’re happy to show him the way. When Josh isn’t working, he loves sports he has two beautiful girls in his life; Riley & Sweet Sunnie who will be one years old in December 2025.
